It is hard to believe, but the time of my departure is almost upon us. All the bags are packed, everything has been sent away to Rome, and now I am just counting the days to my departure. It is both a scary and exciting time for me, but I am most definitely supported by your prayers. This was most visible at the Masses this past weekend and the love and support of all the different ministries in the Parish. I want to especially acknowledge the Knights of Columbus, the Rosarians, and the Parish Council, who all help set up the meet and greets after the Masses. However, the overwhelming love that everyone has shared with me at St. Rose has continued to support me on my journey to the priesthood. It was through your love and prayers that I believe God showed me my vocation to be a priest in the Diocese of Paterson.
As I previously mentioned, my first stop upon my departure will be Paris as I partake in the Parish pilgrimage along with Fr. Owen and Stephanie Politi. I am glad that I will have this opportunity of transition before leaving to my studies in Rome. In addition, it will allow me the opportunity to pray for Mary's intercession when we make our stop in Rome. I invite all of you to please
email me any petitions you might have, and I will remember them in my prayers. Moreover, I will have about a week after the pilgrimage of vacation, in which my mother will come and meet me in Spain. I then finally report to Rome on July 13th. Thank you again for all of your support. God Bless.
